The Foundational Course in Ayurveda Health Counselor introduces learners to the core principles and philosophy of Ayurveda, along with essential concepts of Ayurvedic anatomy, physiology, and treatment approaches. The programme also develops counselling skills to help individuals adopt appropriate Ayurvedic lifestyle practices for health and wellbeing.
