Abstract

Abstract

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that significantly affects quality of life. Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to manage such conditions by addressing the root cause. This case study presents the effective management of chronic plaque psoriasis in a 42-year-old female through Shodhana and Shamana therapies.

Introduction

Introduction

Ayurvedic texts emphasize Shodhana (bio-purification) followed by Shamana (pacifying) therapies for long-term remission.
